Joli HeavinDirector of Alumni and Donor Relationsjheavin@purdue.eduJoli Heavin is delighted to join PMO as Director of Alumni and Donor Relations. Joli previously served as Development Coordinator for Music for All, a national nonprofit headquartered in Indianapolis engaged in music education programming and advocacy. While at Music for All, Joli assisted with two major fundraising campaigns, generating more than $450,000 and 1500 new donors. She is very excited to serve yet another worthwhile cause committed to students and music. Originally from Lansing, MI, Joli moved to Bloomington, IN in 2000 to attend Indiana University. She is a 2003 graduate of the Jacobs School of Music with a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance. While at IU she was an active member of Singing Hoosiers and studied under renowned tenor, Gary Lakes. Joli then spent a year serving in Americorps before returning to IU to obtain a Master’s degree in Arts Administration. During her free time, Joli enjoys singing, reading and volunteering. She is a member of the Junior Board of Directors for Footlite Musicals in Indianapolis, and a steering committee member for Friends of St. Jude – a volunteer organization that raises money and awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Joli and her wonderful husband Matt reside in Indianapolis and enjoy spending time with their three pets. |
