Purduettes Canadian Tour: Day One
Monday, May 15, 2006
Today we got an early start, meeting at PMO at 4:30 a.m. to load the buses. We flew out of Chicago, connected in Minneapolis, and landed in Edmonton, Alberta, where we went through customs. We got a tour of Edmonton and had a wonderful dinner at the River City Grill. Afterwards, we had the evening free to explore Edmonton’s night life or relax in the hotel. We are all glad to escape from rainy Indiana; the weather here is gorgeous without a cloud in the sky! Tomorrow we get to perform in and explore the Edmonton Mall, which is known around here as “The Eighth Wonder of the World.” It houses a waterpark and an indoor ice rink used for hockey and figure skating. Stay tuned!
